Details comprised the construction of fruit reception station, sterilising station, pressing station, kernal handling station, boiler house, oil storage tanks, weigh bridge, roads, rails, water supply from deep boreholes. Design comprise civil/structural, mechanical, electrical services, including foundations for machine/equipment.

Narrative Description of Project:
The Project consisted of the planning, design and construction of the Twifo Palm Oil Mill of capacity 30 tonnes ffb per hour. Designs comprised civil/structural, mechanical and electrical services. Electrical services involved the construction of 120km low voltage distribution networks service connections to estate housing units.

Description of Actual Services Provided by ABP:
ABP was responsible for topographical survey, geotechnical investigation, water resources studies, designs of civil, structural and electrical works including foundations for machinery/equipment ; the layout of which was provided by Gurthrie; preparation of technical specifications, bill of quantities, construction supervision and contract management.
