Narrative Description of Project:
The project consisted of expanding the existing soft drink production building to accommodate an additional bottling line, filling room, bottle washers etc including the supporting mechanical and electrical services. It involved the extension to the Production Building; Covered Loading Canopy; Utilities Building; New Security Gate House and Infrastructure and Land Improvement. It also involved the construction of Waste Water Treatment Plant. Machine/layouts were supplied by KHS for the soft drink production and Sterling Bekerfeld, all of Germany.

Description of Actual Services Provided by ABP:
The work involved the expansion of the 84m x 60m production building to 104m x 80m and associated external works. Complete Engineering Services included Topographical Survey, Structural, Civil, Mechanical and Electrical Designs and Construction Management Services. Some of the structural design were for foundation bases, concrete pavements, roads, water tank foundation (for 3000m³ pressed steel Water tank) a septic tank, filter sewage treatment system and Industrial Waste Water Treatment Plant.
