Narrative Description of Project:

The project involved a complete engineering study of 17.5km road assignment including  redesigning of the road and upgrading it to Ghana Highway Authority standards. The project was funded by the EU/World Bank.

Description of Actual Services Provided by ABP:

ABP was responsible for the following: geotechnical and topographical surveys, hydrological studies, geometric design of the asphaltic concrete road, assessment of competence of bridges and other structures and designing remedial measures and the preparation of contract documents. This was undertaken in association with BCEOM of France.
