 PROJECT NAME: Fuel Handling Facilities and Storage Tanks

PROJECT LOCATION WITHIN COUNTRY: Akosombo-Eastern Region and Buipe-Northern Region

                                                                                                                NAME OF CLIENT: Ghana Oil Company Limited.  

COUNTRY: Ghana

Project consist of the construction of tanks farms for the  storage of petroleum products at Akosombo and Buipe. Facilities constructed consist of a 500m3 of Gasoline tank, 500m3 of kerosene Tank and a 1000m3 of Diesel Oil, truck unloading stations.                    Assignment was undertaking in joint Venture with Prof. Dr. Lackner and Partners of Germany.

Description of Actual Services Provided by ABP:

ABP was responsible for civil and structural aspects of the services in accordance with the preliminary layout prepared by Lackner,  civil/structural layout and technical specifications to enable bidders quote on turnkey basis.  ABP also checked the final designs and working drawings submitted by bidders. Except for the CRE, ABP provided all resident staff for the construction supervision and contract management of the tanks and other facilities.
