Narrative Description of Project:

The project consisted of the rehabilitation of water works at Owabi and Barikese, the transmission mains to Suame, the reservoirs and other facilities at Suame and the distribution network.  New works included a Chlorination Building at Suame, metre installations and reinforcement of the distribution network. This project was undertaken in association with Howard Humphrey and Partner and funded by IDA.

Description of Actual Services Provided by ABP:

As sub-consultants to Howard Humphrey and Partner s of United Kingdom, ABP was responsible for the design and preparation of tender documents, tender evaluation, contract management and construction supervision of reservoir, laying of pipelines and rehabilitation of pumping station and treatment works.
