Narrative Description of Project:
The project consisted of 19 facilities/structures in Zone 1 and 13 in Zone 2. The main components were a 2,000 seater Common Lecture Theatre, Library Extension, Students Non-Residential Accommodation, Students Hall of Residence, Departmental Buildings, Catering Blocks, Mechanical/Electrical Workshops and Infrastructure. The project was funded by the World Bank and Government of Ghana.

Description of Actual Services Provided by ABP:
Assignment involved complete architectural and engineering services. Services included review of existing designs and making recommendations; preparing designs for new facilities, preparing preliminary and detailed designs; bidding documents, preparation of pre-qualification dossier and short- listing of contractors; evaluation of bids, preparation of contract documents, supervision of construction and contract management. The project was executed under 9 separate contracts
